Overview
Virginia Pirkle is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office and a member of the Healthcare Regulatory Compliance Team. Ms. Pirkle advises healthcare clients on day-to-day operational matters, such as licensing, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and other regulatory issues, including Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), Stark Law, corporate practice of medicine and False Claims Act (FCA) compliance.
Ms. Pirkle also supports healthcare clients with regulatory components of healthcare mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, reorganizations and other complex transactions.
While in law school, Ms. Pirkle served as president of the Health Law Society and copy editor of Tennessee Law Review.
