Lev Prichard advises clients in connection with business transactions, focusing primarily on corporate finance transactions and mergers and acquisitions in connection with the energy sector and other industries.   • Represented a national bank as administrative agent, issuing lender, and swing line lender with respect to a revolving credit facility to foreign borrowers for working capital, capital expenditures, and certain permitted acquisitions
  • Represented a bank in connection with a loan to a subsidiary of a foreign entity with respect to an amended and restated credit agreement evidencing new and existing loans
