Overview

Kathleen "Katie" Princivalle is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office. Ms. Princivalle focuses her practice on commercial and complex civil litigation.

During law school, Ms. Princivalle assisted in researching and writing an amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court for Mckesson v. Doe. She also served as a student attorney for the Andy and Gwen Stern Community Lawyering Clinic, which provides legal assistance to West Philadelphians in the Mantua and West Powelton area. Her work included a submission to the United Nations condemning the use of less-lethal weapons during constitutionally protected assembly and protest. In addition, Ms. Princivalle served as the executive articles editor of the Drexel Law Review.
