Alison Redick is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Tysons office. Ms. Redick practices primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and general corporate law. Ms. Redick represents companies acquiring, selling and investing in businesses among a diverse selection of industries, including government contracts, manufacturing and information technology. She also counsels clients on a range of corporate transactional matters.
While in law school, Ms. Redick served as a member of the Honor Council, Transactional Law Team and Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition Team. In her second year, Ms. Redick was an intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Student Honors Program in the Office of the Investor Advocate. During her final semester of law school, Ms. Redick was a finalist in The Negotiation Challenge 2022, an international negotiation competition held in Athens, Greece.
Ms. Redick is committed to helping others in the community. Prior to law school, she served with Teach for America, where she taught second grade to students at an under-resourced school in rural Louisiana.
