Overview
Eric Reissi is a West Palm Beach attorney and a member of the firm's Real Estate Practice Group. Mr. Reissi focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of real estate assets. Mr. Reissi is experienced in contract drafting, title and survey review, property-level due diligence and more.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Reissi worked as an attorney at a prominent South Florida law firm, where he handled commercial real estate transactions.
Before entering private practice, Mr. Reissi served as an air defense officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he planned, coordinated and managed air defense operations overseas.
During law school, Mr. Reissi interned with the Public Integrity Section (PIN) of the U.S. Department of Justice, and the International Narcotics and Money Laundering Section within the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida. He also served as an editor for the Virginia Sports & Entertainment Law Journal.
