Jesse Roisin is a real estate finance attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office. Mr. Roisin focuses on the representation of banks and other institutional lenders in connection with the origination and servicing of conduit and portfolio loans secured by real estate in all major asset classes, including commercial office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, industrial warehouses and storage facilities, multifamily housing and other types of commercial properties nationwide.
Mr. Roisin advises clients with respect to loans involving a variety of financial structures, including cash management arrangements, ground leases, mezzanine financing, condominiums, multiborrower and multiproperty structures, tenants-in-common arrangements, and A/B note and portfolio loan structures.
In addition to his loan origination practice, Mr. Roisin regularly represents lenders and third-party servicers on servicing matters, including consents, assumptions, partial releases, future advances, transfer of servicing, workouts and forbearance arrangements, as well as advising clients with respect to the acquisition of performing conduit and portfolio loans.
During law school, Mr. Roisin served as an articles editor for the Boston University Public Interest Law Journal.
