Ronald J. Rojas

Ronald J. Rojas is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office. Mr. Rojas represents clients in all aspects of real estate development, with a focus on condominium, mixed-use and planned developments.

Mr. Rojas advises clients throughout the development process, including preparing offering plans, drafting governing documents and representing developers in pre-construction sales and end-unit closings, bulk acquisitions and condominium terminations. He also counsels clients on construction financing, commercial leasing, telecommunications agreements, title defect resolution and a broad range of other real estate matters.

Mr. Rojas has advanced experience in clearing title requirements, curing title defects and resolving issues involving mixed-use developments, homeowners associations (HOAs) and condominium communities.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Rojas was an attorney at a Miami-based business and real estate law firm.
