Overview
Stephanie M. Sanchez is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office. Ms. Sanchez focuses her practice on all areas of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, financing and development of real estate assets.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Sanchez served as judicial intern to the Honorable Kevin M. Emas of the Florida Third District Court of Appeal. She also clerked for a boutique litigation firm in Miami.
While in law school, Ms. Sanchez was elected articles and comments editor of the University of Miami Law Review. Ms. Sanchez also served as a Steve Chaykin Fellow at the Center for Ethics and Public Service Legal Profession Program, a member of the Investor Rights Clinic, president of the St. Thomas More Society, a mentor for Miami Law Women and student ambassador for the school.
Prior to law school, Ms. Sanchez interned for an international real estate firm in Madrid.
