Sheila (Qian) Shen

Overview

Sheila Shen is a New York commercial litigation attorney and a member of the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. Ms. Shen has represented and counseled clients in shareholder and partnership disputes, indemnification actions and financial investigations. She is also active in the firm's pro bono efforts, and is a coordinator of Holland & Knight's Women's Initiative in the New York office.

While attending Fordham University School of Law, Ms. Shen was a Pro Bono Scholar in the Consumer Litigation Clinic, where she represented disadvantaged clients in cases involving consumer credit, identity theft and novel issues under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. She was also an Associate Editor of the Fordham Law Moot Court Board and the Kelly Competition Editor for the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Center, for which she remains an active alumni mentor and coach.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Ms. Shen was a marketing director at a large New York public relations firm.
