Shannon M. Smith

Shannon M. Smith is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office and a member of the Corporate, M&A and Securities Section. Ms. Smith's practice focuses on representations and warranties insurance (RWI), assisting clients with transactional risk management and the legal and business considerations involved in procuring coverage for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Smith practiced in estate planning and elder law before transitioning to a broader role, where she handled both transactional and litigation matters, giving her a well-rounded foundation in client counseling and complex legal work.
