Mary Ellen Stanley is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office who focuses her practice on commercial lending, leverage and asset finance and complex structured transactions. Ms. Stanley is experienced in a variety of domestic and cross-border financial transactions.
In addition, Ms. Stanley's pro bono practice focuses on immigration, asylum and veteran discharge upgrade cases.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Stanley practiced in New York and London at a leading London-based law firm in their finance and corporate teams, representing clients in debt and equity capital market transactions and reporting, cross-border financings and structured finance transactions.
During law school, Ms. Stanley served as editor-in-chief of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law.
