Clayton Paul Stansell

Clayton Stansell assists clients across industries with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and securities, and other strategic corporate transactions.

Previously, Mr. Stansell gained valuable experience as a law clerk for the Honorable John E. Hoffman, Jr. of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio, where he assisted with researching and writing on legal issues arising in bankruptcy proceedings under Chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
