Overview
Yasmin Stiggons is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Fort Lauderdale office, where she focuses her practice on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions.
Ms. Stiggons regularly advises clients on the acquisition, disposition, development and leasing of real property across a variety of asset classes, including office, retail, industrial and mixed-use projects.
Ms. Stiggons has significant experience representing landlords and tenants in the negotiation of commercial leases, with a strong track record handling office, industrial and retail lease agreements throughout Florida and beyond. She also advises clients through all stages of complex real estate deals, from due diligence and contract negotiation to closing.
In addition to her traditional real estate work, Ms. Stiggons has developed a complementary focus on renewable energy projects. She has represented developers and investors in the development of utility-scale wind, solar and battery storage facilities across the U.S. Her work in this space includes negotiating site control agreements such as leases, easements and purchase options, as well as analyzing title policies, survey matters and mineral ownership reports.
