Ashley Joan Englund Stuart

Ashley Joan Englund Stuart is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Jacksonville office and a member the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. Ms. Stuart focuses her practice on complex commercial and healthcare litigation, as well as white collar investigations.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Stuart served as a law clerk for a federal judge in the U.S. District Court for Middle District of Florida, who sat by designation of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. This experience provided her with invaluable insights into the judicial decision-making process and enhanced her understanding of federal court practice, which she draws upon in representing clients.

While in law school, Ms. Stuart was a member of the moot court and law review.
