Olivia S. Thompson

Olivia S. Thompson is a corporate services attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office. Ms. Thompson represents public and private clients in corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), asset and stock purchases, search fund transactions and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Thompson was a summer associate in the Philadelphia office.

While in law school, Ms. Thompson earned pro bono honors and served as a member of the Drexel Law Review, Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project and Entrepreneurial Law Clinic.
