Diego J. Troncoso Breton

Diego J. Troncoso Breton is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office and a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. Mr. Troncoso Breton focuses his practice on general commercial litigation, corporate litigation and regulatory compliance matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight in his current role, Mr. Troncoso Breton spent two summers as a litigation summer associate in the Miami office, where he worked on consumer protection defense and government compliance matters. He also gained experience in business disputes and general litigation matters.

While in law school, Mr. Troncoso Breton completed a judicial externship and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Darin P. Gayles in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. In addition, he was actively involved in student organizations and volunteered with the Cuban American Bar Association's (CABA) Immigrant Children's Program for unaccompanied minors.
