Overview
Jack Wagner is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Orlando office. Mr. Wagner focuses his practice on all aspects of real estate investment, development, leasing and finance.
Drawing on prior experience in mortgage finance, Mr. Wagner also advises on New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC) financing transactions.
Before joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Wagner served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Paul C. Huck of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
While in law school, Mr. Wagner was an Ethos of Excellence scholar and a member of the Florida Law Review. He also worked as a research assistant for two professors specializing in First Amendment law and family mediation.
