Jack Christopher Wagner

Jack Wagner counsels clients on New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) financing transactions alongside broader community development and traditional real estate matters spanning investment, development, leasing and finance.

Jack's work in NMTC financing draws on his prior experience in mortgage finance. That background gives him practical insight into how financing considerations shape a deal, which he brings to traditional real estate matters and community development transactions.

Before joining Holland & Knight, Jack served as a judicial intern for Judge Paul C. Huck of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

While in law school, he was an Ethos of Excellence scholar and a member of the Florida Law Review. Jack also worked as a research assistant for two professors, supporting their work in First Amendment law and family mediation.
