Michael Wilson

Michael Wilson is a legislative assistant in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office and a member of the Public Policy & Regulation Group. Mr. Wilson primarily focuses on national security and defense matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight in his current role, Mr. Wison was an intern for the Public Policy & Regulation Group, exploring and assisting on a diverse range of policy matters, including transportation, healthcare and political fundraising.

Mr. Wilson began his career as an intern for the U.S. Department of Justice's (DOJ) Consumer Protection Branch, where he gained experience in criminal and civil actions against individuals and corporations for violations of consumer statues. Mr. Wilson also completed an internship at the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court, where he learned about judicial proceedings, with a focus on mental health and developmental disabilities court.
