Nicole Witte

Nicole Witte is a transaction-oriented real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office who focuses her practice primarily on office, retail and restaurant leasing throughout New York City and nationally.

Ms. Witte has represented several developers, landlords and tenants in a variety of industries from the term sheet stage through lease execution.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Witte practiced in a New York-based law firm and was involved in virtually all aspects of sophisticated real estate transactions, including regularly counseling developer clients on leasing portfolios and assisting with the initial lease up of a prominent shopping center in New York. During law school, Ms. Witte served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Richard M. Berman in the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of New York.
