Overview

Hassan Yassine serves as the Algiers office leader and supports clients wishing to do business in Africa and the Middle East as well as clients from those regions wishing to do business with U.S. companies. He represents public and private companies and host governments in their strategic design, commercial execution, negotiations, contract preparation and legal interpretation.

His experience includes:
