Ben Yepez

Ben Yepez is a legislative assistant in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office and a member of the Public Policy & Regulation Group. Mr. Yepez focuses on issues related to transportation, infrastructure and aviation.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Yepez was a policy associate at a Washington, D.C.-based government relations firm, where he gained experience in surface transportation reauthorization, appropriations, federal tax credits and programs related to the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA). In this role, he helped clients navigate funding opportunities, rulemakings and federal advocacy efforts across transportation and energy policy.

In addition to his policy and government relations background, Mr. Yepez brings program implementation, strategic fundraising and political campaign experience.
