Ben R. Ylo

Benjamin Ylo is an attorney in Holland & Knight's San Francisco office and a member of the firm's Financial Services Team and the Finance & Financial Services Industry Group. Mr. Ylo focuses his practice on a variety of financial transactions and matters across the country.

Mr. Ylo has experience with commercial lending, real estate finance, energy finance and other similar matters. He represents national banks and other financial institutions and companies in such transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight in his current role, Mr. Ylo was a law clerk and summer associate in the firm's Financial Services Practice, where he worked on drafting various loan documents and conducting diligence for office building financing transactions.

While in law school, Mr. Ylo was a senior articles editor for the UC Davis Law Review and a member of the school's negotiations team.

Mr. Ylo continues his efforts on staying involved and mentoring students in the Filipino/a/x community, focusing on issues related to the inclusion and belonging of Filipino/a/x individuals in the legal profession.
