Gemma R. Galeoto is a Dallas trial attorney who focuses her practice on complex business disputes over a variety of industries, including financial institutions litigation, employment litigation, and trade secret litigation. Ms. Galeoto is frequently called upon by clients for assistance with emergency injunctive relief, and has been successful in obtaining positive results for her clients. Ms. Galeoto has significant courtroom experience, litigating as first or second chair in many trials and arbitrations in state and federal courts.

Consistently peer-recognized among the top attorneys in Texas, and licensed in four states, Ms. Galeoto works to solve clients' complex business disputes across the country. She counsels clients in all aspects of complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with a focus on representing businesses of all sizes in commercial disputes, consumer-related disputes (such as Fair Credit Reporting Act and False Claims Act claims), bankruptcy adversary proceedings, oil and gas litigation, entertainment law, trade secret litigation, significant employment litigation, financial institutions litigation, and breach of contract claims. Ms. Galeoto is well-versed in calmly and confidently counseling clients through each step of a dispute, including pre-suit considerations, arbitration, mediation, hearings, trial, appeals, and oral argument.

Ms. Galeoto is passionate about giving back to the community, and is on the board of directors of a community health organization, as well as serving on committees for several animal welfare organizations. She is highly involved in local bar organizations and serves as a co-chair on a leadership committee for attorneys with more than six years of practice, as well as a mentor for younger women attorneys. Ms. Galeoto also serves as a Dallas Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for foster children.

During law school, Ms. Galeoto was the recipient of both the Order of Barristers National Award and the Fred C. Moss Advocate of the Year award. She also won several moot court competitions, including best brief and best advocate awards.
