In the BTI Litigation Outlook 2020 report, Holland & Knight was recognized among the top 5 percent of all law firms as a standout in Complex Commercial Litigation. In the 2019 BTI Most Recommended Law Firms report, Holland & Knight was placed in an exclusive group of firms that have been recommended by corporate counsel, in an unprompted manner, for superior client service for more than 17 consecutive years.

Holland & Knight's Hospitality, Resort and Timeshare Practice was named 2018 Practice Group of the Year by Law360. The publication recognized the practice groups of law firms whose significant litigation wins and considerable deals in 2018 resonated throughout the legal industry. This is the second year in a row that the firm's Hospitality Practice was named Practice Group of the Year by Law360. Holland & Knight's Native American Law group was also named Practice Group of the Year in 2017.
