Fordham Institute for Family and Private Enterprise (FIFPE) Presents: Detailed Succession Planning

At this fourth Fordham Institute for Family and Private Enterprise event (FIFPE), New York attorneys Scott Johnston and Lance Myers along with additional FIFPE experts, will present on critical and current issues regarding succession planning and its consequences focusing on: Important Costly Mistakes to Avoid, Selecting and Grooming the Successor, Leadership Training and Transfer, Timing of Relinquishing Roles, Issues that Must be Addressed and Right-sizing Your Business for the personalities and number of family members involved over time.
