New York Society of Security Analysts' 19th Annual High Yield Bond Conference

Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Practice Group Leader and Partner John Monaghan will be speaking at the New York Society of Security Analysts' 19th Annual High Yield Bond Conference.  The program will address topics such as the outlook for defaults and recoveries, strategies for profiting in distressed debt, the state of the new issue market, leveraged loans, and research-driven strategies for active management. Mr. Monaghan will discuss broad issues relating to bankruptcy and financial distress, including information on creditors' committees and adequate protection.
