New York Labor, Employment and Benefits Practice Group Leader Frederick Braid will moderate a panel titled "Traditional Labor Law and Virtual Workspaces" at the Midyear Meeting of the ABA Section of Labor & Employment Law's Committee on Technology in the Practice and Workplace.

The session will feature a discussion of procedural and substantive challenges presented by virtual workspaces, such as in conducting representation elections and collective bargaining, and in determining substantive rights such as solicitation and distribution rights.
