Co-Chair of the national White Collar Defense Team John Brownlee will participate in an AHC Media webinar titled "The Strict Liability Misdemeanor and Other Threats to Top Executives in FDA-Regulated Companies."

Mr. Brownlee will share insight from his experience as a United States attorney and prosecutor of the 2007 Purdue Pharma case in which three pharmaceutical executives received criminal convictions related to their corporation's actions. Mr. Brownlee will also review the most recent cases brought under the Park Doctrine and discuss issues related to debarment and suspension by the federal government.
