LLC vs. S Corporations

Corporate Partner Tom Kinasz will speak at the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education LLC vs. S Corporations Seminar on a panel titled "Operating & Maintaining the S Corporation."

Mr. Kinasz will explain the operation and maintenance of an S corporation including issues such as tax consequences at the corporate level vs. at the shareholder level, maximizing the use of deductions and losses, effect of changing ownership, S corporation reorganization and its effects, and employee compensation.
