Email has changed the way we communicate, conduct business and spend time during the work day. It has also created significant challenges and risks for employers. Rob Vyverberg will discuss various electronic communications policies and procedures as well as some of the applicable laws that impact these policies and procedures. His presentation will also address strategies for encouraging appropriate emails and monitoring email activity. Mr. Vyverberg will also discuss valuable "oh no" and "I can't believe I sent that" lessons employers have learned the hard way.
