International Hot Topics

Taxation Partner Mark Stone will chair a panel titled "International Hot Topics" at the International Fiscal Association NY Region International Tax Seminar. The panel will feature a discussion of cross-boarder issues and other topics that include:

• Special focus on the OECD BEPS initiative, particularly what can be gleaned from the Action Plan scheduled for release in mid July
• recent M&A transactions reflecting the affirmative use of anti-abuse rules by taxpayers for their benefit
• high profile issues that have arisen on audit and litigation
• significant government guidance that may be released in the coming weeks
