Choosing the Right Structure for Tribal Enterprises

Holland & Knight Partners Kathleen Nilles, James Meggesto and Associate Sarah Curtis will speak together on a panel at the 2017 Northwest Enterprise Development Conference. The panel will explore a wide range of structures with particular focus on Section 17 corporations and consider the utility of Section 17 corporations, LLC and other entity forms for both holding companies and operating subsidiaries.
