Holland & Knight invites you to attend a presentation discussing Argentina's tax reform and fiscal transparency rules and their impact on high-net-worth individuals.

Fernando Martín Vaquero, a partner at Argentine law firm Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal, will discuss the reform legislation, including changes impacting the use of offshore vehicles by high-net-worth private clients.

Mr. Vaquero counsels banks and local and foreign companies in the design, planning and organization of tax-efficient financial transactions as well as in international taxation matters. He also has experience advising on litigation in tax issues. Mr. Vaquero, who is also a certified public accountant, is the author of a number of books and articles on taxation, and is a member of the Argentine Fiscal Association and the International Fiscal Association.
