Advanced Reissuance Topics

Senior Counsel Edward Rojas will be a panelist at the The Institute Conference, presented by the National Association of Bond Lawyers, discussing "Advanced Reissuance Topics." Mr. Rojas will provide insights into the consequences of the termination of London Inter-bank Offered Rate (LIBOR) and the considerations to make regarding Cinderella bonds and matters that arise in direct placements.
