Breakfast Panel on the Status of CFIUS

Attorneys Antonia Tzinova, Seth Stodder, Christopher DeLacy will be panelists at the "Breakfast Panel on the Status of CFIUS" as part of an event by the Trade & Policy Committee of the British American Business Association (BABA). The panel will be moderated by Charles Borden and focused on a review of FIRMA legislation enacted in August 2018 and the ways it has changed Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). Ms. Tzinova, Mr. Stodder and Mr. DeLacy will also provide practical guidance for British companies on how to consider CFIUS issues and navigate the CFIUS process.
