Litigation attorneys Marcelo Ovejero and Katharine Menendez de la Cuesta will be speaking at the Legal Issues Concerning Hispanic and Latin America Media conference hosted by the Media Law Resource Center.

Mr. Ovejero will speak on how to navigate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anti-corruption laws, comply with the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions and other related ethical issues in a panel titled "Ethics and Compliance Issues for Media Lawyers."

Ms. Menendez de la Cuesta will be a panelist on "Digital & Social Media Issues in Latin America" and will provide her insights into the legal considerations that companies in Latin America should take when using social media.
