2019 Employee Ownership Conference

Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) professionals Gregory Brown, Louis Joseph, Betsy Perdue and Grant McCorkhill will all participate in this year's three-day Employee Ownership Conference in Pittsburgh, hosted by the National Center for Employee Ownership (NECO) and sponsored by Holland & Knight.

On the second day of programming, Mr. Brown will speak on leadership and governance issues in "Cyber Security: The New Frontier," Mr. Joseph will outline basics in "Using an ESOP in Business Ownership Transition," Ms. Perdue will discuss "Aligning Your Values, Purpose and Goals with Your Succession Strategy," and Mr. McCorkhill address "The Role of Board Members in Creating Value for an ESOP Company."
