What IP Practitioners Should Know About Blockchain

Attorneys Joshua Krumholz and Jennifer Connors will be participating in a panel on "What IP Practitioners Should Know About Blockchain" at the New York State Bar Association Spring 2019 Meeting. Mr. Krumholz and Ms. Connors will discuss the key intellectual property (IP) issues that are developing around blockchain and how blockchain intersects with current forms of IP protection. The panel will also provide practical advice for counseling clients on protecting their IP and legal solutions for their business.
