2019 Northeast Bankruptcy Conference and Northeast Consumer Forum

Attorney John Monaghan will be speaking at the 2019 Northeast Bankruptcy Conference and Northeast Consumer Forum in Newport, Rhode Island. Mr. Monaghan will be speaking on the current state of the bankruptcy and restructuring market as well as on the "Nonprofits: The Internal Struggles of Officers and Directors" panel on July 12 at 9:45 - 11:00 a.m. ET. Mr. Monaghan's panel will explore the seemingly conflicting fiduciary duties of the officers and directors of nonprofit companies, identifying those duties and the statutory protections afforded those who are faced with making real-time decisions.
