Evidence Issues/Use of Experts; The Boundaries of the Employment Relationship
Partner Frederick Braid will be moderating two panels at the 23rd Annual NYU Employment Law Workshop for Federal Judges. The workshop spans three days, March 9-11 and it brings together federal judges, management and labor counsel for discussions on topical issues.
Mr. Braid's first panel is titled "Evidence Issues/Use of Experts." His second panel is titled "The Boundaries of the Employment Relationship." This Workshop is co-sponsored by the Federal Judicial Center, the Institute of Judicial Administration, and NYU School of Law’s Center for Labor and Employment Law.
