Please join Holland & Knight for an in-depth, online presentation about the Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) issued by the Virginia Occupational Safety and Health (VOSH) Program to control, prevent and mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in workplaces.

Virginia became the first state with mandatory COVID-19 workplace safety rules when the ETS took effect on July 27. It imposes substantial compliance requirements on Virginia employers, including the development and implementation of an infectious disease preparedness and response plan.

Topics include:

  • A detailed overview of the health and safety practices that must be implemented by Virginia employers to manage COVID-19 exposure and transmission in the workplace, including VOSH reporting requirements
  • Clear, practical guidance regarding the prompt development, implementation and employee training of a compliant preparedness and response plan for infectious diseases
  • Strategies to assist in achieving and monitoring full compliance with the ETS

We hope that you will join us for this highly informative webinar.
