COVID-19 Challenges for Workplace Safety and Dispute Resolution

Labor, Employment and Benefits Partner Frederick Braid will join a webinar hosted by the NYU Center for Labor and Employment Law titled "COVID-19 Challenges for Workplace Safety and Dispute Resolution." COVID-19 raises new questions about the boundaries of employer obligations and employee rights regarding a safe workplace.
