COVID-19: Drilling Down on Student Accommodations Specifics

Education Attorney Jeffrey Nolan will offer a virtual presentation on legal issues related to student accommodations in the COVID-19 environment. Colleges and universities are receiving a wide variety of accommodations requests from students on and off campus. Several weeks into the semester, students may need to modify their housing environments, or they may request exemptions from mask mandates or other personal protective equipment guidelines. Additionally, institutions may encounter new issues in ensuring equal access to educational materials and resources. Mr. Nolan will address these issues and more in his 30-minute audio briefing.
