Election Security

Partner Jason Klitenic will be moderating a discussion on election security hosted by the American Bar Association's Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection Committee and SciTech Homeland Security Committee. The panelists representing government and industry will share perspectives on the practical side of the issue—providing recommendations for how campaigns, vendors and government officials should prepare for and manage security incidents should they arise, including legal issues associated with cyber attacks and foreign led disinformation efforts.
