Powerful Witness Preparation 2020

Litigation Partner Daniel Small will be presenting a session titled "Powerful Witness Preparation" hosted by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute to outline methods, procedure and rules that help litigators make their witness a powerful, compelling communicator. Developing expertise, or even modest success, in witness preparation takes years, trials and, for most lawyers, many errors. Mr. Small's objective is to rapidly increase the learning curve while minimizing the pain inherent in inadequate or improper witness preparation.
