Dialogues in Tech DEI: Creating Leadership and Driving Innovation

Please join Holland & Knight's Technology & Telecommunications Industry Sector Group for "Dialogues in Tech DEI," the inaugural presentation in a diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) speaker series that will feature some of the titans of tech discussing how to create a more diverse workforce, improve internal DEI initiatives, and the benefits and pitfalls of social media. The series also will explore the rapid development of hiring and retention policies targeting minority prospects as companies employ innovative recruitment solutions. The first presentation in the series, "Creating Leadership and Driving Innovation," will be hosted by litigation attorney Tiffani Lee alongside Thomas Kim of Reuters and Patricia Menendez-Cambo of SoftBank Group. They will analyze the push to create diverse talent pipelines and promote underrepresented individuals to positions of influence.
