OSHA's Authority on Employee Vaccine Mandates?

Labor, Employment and Benefits attorney Frederick Braid will join a webinar hosted by the NYU Center for Labor and Employment Law titled "OSHA's Authority on Employee Vaccine Mandates?" This webinar will explore whether the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has the authority to mandate businesses with 100 or more employees to require COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment and if the courts will interpret limits to delegation to this agency. Mr. Braid's presentation will focus on these issues and other percolating workplace challenges to OSHA's pandemic response.
