Analysis of the Council of State's Ruling on Areas Excluded and Restricted for Mining

Energy attorneys José Vicente Zapata and Milton Montoya will participate in a conference organized by Universidad Externado de Colombia's Department of Mining-Energy Law. The conversation will focus on the effects Colombia's Council of State's ruling may have on the country's mining sector. Mr. Zapata and Mr. Montoya will discuss changes in titling processes, requests for environmental licenses, the implications for mining projects in execution and the instructions regarding institutional coordination.
