Special Institute on Oil and Gas Agreements: Purchase and Sale Agreements

Energy attorneys Seth Belzley, Nneka Obiokoye and Joshua Downer will speak on a panel at The Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law (FNREL) January Conference. The program will focus on the topic of "Buying or Selling a Midstream Oil and Gas Asset." The attorneys will discuss several key points, such as how to define the midstream asset and valuation issues and the interplay with defect procedures. Energy attorney Jolisa Dobbs is vice president and president-elect of FNREL, in addition to her role on the planning committee for this event.
