Investment Arbitration Reports

International arbitration attorney Katharine Menendez de la Cuesta will moderate a panel for the Global Forum on International Law organized by the American Arbitration Association. Ms. Menendez de la Cuesta's panel will be focused on investment arbitration reports and will highlight recent developments at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
